• The organising committee suggests that all participants stay at President hotel since it is the official venue where the conference takes place. However each delegate reserves the right to choose a hotel on his own. There are details for other than President hotels on the official conference website.

 

• The packages includes all registration fees, accommodation for three nights (30^th September, 1^st October, 2^nd October, access to the internet via the designated area only, all breakfasts, all lunches, all teas and coffees and two-course dinners in the evenings of the 30^th September and 1^st October . These packages cover all expenses, apart from the dinner on the 2nd, when there is a special Conference dinner. For those who choose not to take part in the Conference dinner, the only extra expense will be to take dinner in the town in the evening of the 2^nd . These packages offer exceptional value, comfort and convenience, and as such we recommend that participants take one of the packages.

 

• The President hotel accommodation packages, however, are only intended for people that are registering for the conference. In case you want to stay after the end of conference (3rd October) or before its start (30th September) you should negotiate on your own with President hotel for the days before and after.

 

In case you need to bring a friend or family this could happen but we need to know it before you register. The cost for a friend/spouse is 50 euro in twin suite per night including breakfast for the days conference takes place.

For those who would prefer to find their own accommodation, we offer a basic registration package. This includes all registration fees, all lunches, all teas and coffees, and access to the internet.

 

 

 

Students are requested to send via email at registeratdialogicalself@gmail.com official confirmation document/s of their current studentship status prior to official registration. Academics from countries with weak currencies are requested to send via email at registeratdialogicalself@gmail.com official confirmation document/s of their current employment as well as their country of residence, prior to official registration.

 

Registration without accommodation is also possible for single days: 30th (135 euro), 1st (135 euro), 2nd (80 euro), . These registration fees can be paid on the day, only by cash in euro. However, the intention to register for a particular day needs to be confirmed before the conference - so that we can ensure that everyone gets a lunch

 

 

On the night of the 2^nd there will be a special Conference dinner at the President hotel. The Conference dinner will be a special three-course meal, served with drinks, and will end with coffee and chocolates followed by port.

 

Participation in this dinner is an extra for the delegates, and the cost is 70 euro.

· Third, all payments should be made in euro.

 

Once we have received the bank transfer, we will send you a confirmation of registration email within about three weeks.

Unfortunately, any cancellations received a month before the conference will be charged 30% and those received two weeks before the conference cannot be refunded at all.
